Duties:
• Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads, schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.

• Monitors and maintain the General Ledger.
• Perform account analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and all subsidiary ledgers at the end of each month.
• Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statements, monthly closing reports and other reports to summarize Eclipse Microfinance’s financial position and budget.
• Oversee all financial, project and program and grants accounting, ensure that expenditures are consistently aligned with grant and program budgets throughout the grant or fund period. Reconcile all grants and pledge receivables monthly.
