DIVERSIFICATION

Our REITs enable investors to diversify their portfolios across the commercial real estate market, helping reduce their correlation to the stock and bond markets. That diversification helps lower an investor’s risk profile without negatively impacting returns.

ATTRACTIVE INCOME

REITs pay attractive dividends because they must distribute 90% of their taxable income to remain compliant with IRS regulations. However, most REITs pay out more than 90% of their taxable income because their cash flows, as measured by funds from operations (FFO).

What are REITs?

Real estate investment trusts (“REITs”) allow individuals to invest in large-scale, income-producing real estate. A REIT is a company that owns and typically operates income-producing real estate or related assets. These may include office buildings, shopping malls, apartments, hotels, resorts, self-storage facilities, warehouses, and mortgages or loans. Unlike other real estate companies, a REIT does not develop real estate properties to resell them. Instead, a REIT buys and develops properties primarily to operate them as part of its own investment portfolio.

Lock-up Period

A lock-up period is the period when the investor will not have access to his/her invested amount. The investor can access his/her invested amount with Return On Investment after the 12-month lock-up period. The Investor can choose to reinvest his/her. Return On Investment or request the Return On Investment after every investment cycle.
